• The partner pays a signing fee, which is dependent on the geographic area under them and gets a three year exclusive sale right in the area. The sale right is renewable without a signing fee.
• The partner invests in local infrastructure, office equipment and basic IT needs like broadband
• The partner is responsible for local marketing and sales generation
• There is a pre-determined revenue share between TWB and the partner
• The partners can come in any of the following three categories
• Direct Sales Agents (with an investment of under Rs. 20,000)
• Exclusive training partner in 'A/B/C' cities (with an investment of under 10 lakhs)
• Exclusive training partner for a state (with an investment of under 20 lakhs).
