A patent, copyright or trademark is issued for new, original, non-obvious technologies. Any invention which is original is not already registered. In all cases, a person must be able to find related solutions. It also helps to determine whether or not an invention is already patented. If it has already been patented then a person cannot obtain a patent for it. |
